The NCB raided bollywood actress ananya Panday's home in Pali Hill, mumbai, on thursday, as part of its investigation into the drugs-on-cruise case. According to a source, the raids were carried out when Ananya's name emerged in aryan Khan's whatsapp conversations. ananya has now been called to the NCB office at 2 p.m. october 21 in conjunction with the mumbai narcotics investigation, according to sources, and her mobile has allegedly been confiscated. On the basis of messages obtained on aryan Khan's mobile, ananya Panday has been detained for interrogation in conjunction with the narcotics case.

Furthermore, the bombay HC on thursday adjourned the proceedings on aryan Khan's bail plea, which had been denied by a Special NDPS Bench after he was detained in a narcotics charge by the NCB. Khan's lawyer, Satish Maneshinde, appeared before Justice N.W. Sambre, requesting an immediate hearing on friday or Monday. Meanwhile, Justice Sambre has scheduled a hearing for next Tuesday, as well as Khan, may have to spend another five days in jail.
 
Following a sweep by the NCB aboard a cruise liner on Oct 2, Khan, Merchant, Dhamecha, as well as five others were seized and apprehended on Oct 3, and have been in detention for the last 20 days.
