Samantha Ruth Prabhu initiated civil proceedings against many YouTubers for disseminating nasty comments against her just days after declaring her breakup from spouse Naga Chaitanya. Rather than initiating a defamation suit against the Youtube videos, the Honorable court has advised the South starlet to seek an apologies from individuals. On october 2, the South couple announced their separation in an unexpected turn of affairs. The couple released a joint statement confirming their divorce, shocking followers.


"The artist can request a word of regret from the copyright holders of the relevant Youtube videos, persons, and media sites, rather than initiating defamation charges against them," the court allegedly ruled in a statement. Everyone is treated equally in court. There is no distinction between those who are lofty and those who are low. Samantha's case will be heard in accordance with procedure."


Samantha, however, is not ready to give up and she is now ready to take this case further and as per bankable sources the actress will be taking this to supreme court and fight against those gossipmongers who are spreading abusive and vulgar news on her and tarnishing her career and reputation after the breakup news started to spread officially since 2nd October.
