ACB found bundles of cash in the drainage pipe!!!

On november 24th, the Anti-Corruption Bureau(ACB) in Karnataka, had started raiding around 68 locations in the states. They conducted raids across many places recovering 50 lakhs of cash from a drainage pipe and the ceiling of the house. There was also cash hidden inside the sarees. The officers found around 13 lakhs of cash hidden inside sarees and backdoor pipes attached to the bathroom of junior engineer Shanta Gouda's house. They also took Rs 15 lakh cash from their house ceiling. Totally 55 lakhs cash amount was seized from them.


                       Shanta Gouda, junior engineer, didn't answer the bell when the officials started to ring the doorbell. They waited for more than fifteen minutes and an intense drama was seen at that time. They after many minutes of waiting came to know that Shanta and her son were taking their time in stalking amounts of cash through the washbasin pipe. After the officials entered, they cut open the pipe and recovered cash of 13 lakhs. It has been said that Shanta had two acres of land inherited from his father and also had 35 acres of land near Kalaburagi. acb officers had also witnessed cash hidden inside the saree in L.C.Nagaraj's house.
