Red alert!!! Holiday been declared for school and college in certain districts#
Two weeks ago Heavy rainfall that lashed tamil Nadu because of a depression that occurred in the Bay of Bengal. Thus, schools and colleges in and around chennai were given holidays.
Two weeks before holidays were given to schools and colleges in various districts like coastal districts and delta districts like Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Tuticorin, Kanyakumari, and Ramanathapuram.
Later, Schools and colleges resumed their normal activities after the rains began to subside. Now, the southern districts are receiving heavy rainfall due to the depression again in the Bay of Bengal. So, leave has been declared only for schools in Thiruvarur, Madurai, and Ramanathapuram districts.
