Y. S. jagan Mohan Reddy, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, introduced a new smartphone application on wednesday to combat corruption in the state. Citizens can file a complaint on the 'ACB 14400' app if a government official asks a bribe. According to the chief minister, anyone who is asked for a bribe from anyone or anywhere, including the Collector's office, RDO's office, Sub-office, Registrar's Mandal level office, police Station, Village/Ward Secretariats, and Volunteers, should download the acb 14400 app and record the conversation using audio or video, which will be sent to the anti-corruption bureau (ACB). He went on to say that acb would report directly to the Chief Minister's Office.

The 'ACB 14400' application can be downloaded from the google Play Store. An OTP will be issued to a cellphone number, and the app will be ready to use after it has been registered. In the app, there are two main features. The first option is to live-record a photo, audio, or video and file a complaint right away, while the second option is to transmit the documents, photos, videos, and other proofs and file a complaint later. Once the complaint is filed, a reference number will be given to the registered mobile number. The software will be published on iOS in the near future.

The chief minister said there should be no room for corruption in the state during a Spandana video conference with district Collectors and Superintendents of police conducted at his camp office here on Wednesday. He claimed that the government had taken numerous steps in this direction. The state government, according to the chief minister, has disbursed Rs 1.41 lakh crore directly into the accounts of the recipients, without any corruption or discrimination. He asserted that nothing like this had ever transpired in Andhra Pradesh's or the country's history.
