The farmhouse of the late J. jayalalithaa, the former chief minister of tamil Nadu, is located at jeedimetla on medchal Road, just outside of Hyderabad. This intriguing revelation has been making the rounds on social media for the past two days. According to reports, the Sri Durga Infra & Developers company purchased the farmhouse, JJ Gardens, which spans over 18 acres and is easily worth several hundred crores.
Naturally, people were very curious about the claims, and they began asking questions about this infrastructural company. Two directors, Nenavath Ganesh and Nenavath Dasarath, founded Sri Durga Infra and Developers in august 2021, according to information available from the registrar of companies. Additionally, it is believed that they floated a comparable firm this year with a paid-up capital of a few lakhs of rupees. The companies were thus just recently established and have no experience with undertaking any significant infrastructure projects in the city.
Investigations also turned up the fact that the two directors are members of the st community and are from Telangana's mahabubabad district. About them, nothing else is known. On the surface, there is no reason to be suspicious of their financial standing or their ability to buy Jayalalithaa's property. However, the deal has raised a lot of scepticism among the public despite not having been officially verified. There are rumours that both of the directors may be benamis of powerful figures in the telugu states and that their businesses are merely fronts for the acquisition of Jayalalithaa's priceless lands.

In the name of her mother Sandhya, popularly known as Vedavalli (Vedha), she paid three individuals a total of Rs 2.28 lakh in 1967 and 1968 for this agricultural plot measuring 14.50 acres at Jeedimetla. At the time, it was a well-known grape garden. Later, she paid Rs 20,000 for a second nearby parcel of land measuring 3.4 acres. The grape garden made headlines when the government of the time, led by Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, served her with a notice on january 25, 2007, informing her that a portion of 8.1 acres had been given to the underprivileged between 1956 and 1959. jayalalithaa refuted the accusations.
In addition, jayalalithaa possessed a house in Secunderabad's Rukmini Enclave that was registered in the name of Sasikala Natarajan, one of her friends. She also owned a 14,000 square foot commercial facility in srinagar Colony, close to the upscale Banjara Hills. Up until 1999, she made frequent trips to her hyderabad residences.
