Nissan is preparing to launch its new vehicle!!!
Nissan has been present in india for almost two decades now but has so far remained a dominant player in the 3 million annual domestic passenger vehicle segment with a low single-digit market share. Japanese automaker nissan is looking to launch its global sports utility vehicles including the X-Trail in the indian market, a company official said on Tuesday.
The company which currently sells models like Magnite and Kicks in the country is looking to introduce models like X-Trail, Juke and Qashqai in the country. On Tuesday, the automaker announced that it is studying the feasibility of the X-Trail and Qashqai for the indian market. Let us tell you that the testing has already started for X-Trail and Qashqai in indian road conditions.
Specifically focusing on their adaptability to indian roads and varying terrain, the tests will assess each vehicle's ability to meet customer needs. The automaker said that once the testing is complete, the X-Trail will be the first to be put on sale. After that other models will be introduced.
Nissan india President Frank Torres said, "The indian market has immense potential and it is important that we offer the best vehicle line-up to suit the needs of the modern indian consumer."
