Srinagar: The National Intelligence Agency is conducting raids at 14 places in Kashmir. The probe is being conducted in connection with the drone attack on an airbase in Jammu and the activities of Lashkar-e-Mustafa, a terrorist organization in support of the Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist organization.


NIA officials are conducting raids at 14 locations in Jammu and Kashmir, Sophian, Anantnag, and Banihal areas of Kashmir. Consequently, security has been beefed up there.


The Jammu air Force base was attacked by a drone at around 2 am on june 27. 2 of them were injured. It is suspected that this may be due to terrorist organizations in Pakistan. In the next few days, 6 drones were spotted inside Kashmir. It was chased away by indian security forces.


The terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Mustafa was operating in support of the Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist organization in pakistan to carry out terrorist activities in Jammu, threatening the sovereignty and unity of India. It is noteworthy that NIA officials filed a case in this regard last march and arrested the leader of the organization, Hidayatullah.


Police arrested Nadeem Ayub Radar and Talib-ur-Rehman with 5 kg of IEDs in the Narwal area of Jammu on the 27th. NIA sources said that an investigation is underway into the matter.
