Swiggy, a food delivery app, has lately made headlines, but not for the right reasons. swiggy DE (@SwiggyDEHyd), an anonymous twitter account, has accused the firm of financially exploiting their delivery executives and underpaying them for working in stressful situations. When the account posted pictures of inadequate payments and stories of the company's coercive methods, netizens were taken aback.

The feud began on social media on Tuesday, when ‘Swiggy DE' posted the following tweet:

“You expect us to make it with this pay??”

Swiggy has denied that the picture provided by the user did not include all of the pay components that its delivery executives get. Last month, the majority of delivery partners in hyderabad made more than Rs 65 for each order, with the highest-performing partners making more than Rs 100 per order. Even in the most difficult of circumstances, swiggy maintains an honest approach to providing a service cost for delivery partners that is viable.

“Hey @swiggy in, if your assertion is genuine, then why are delivery executives protesting in hyderabad and Noida?” the twitter handle responded, refuting the company's claims. DEs in chennai and Bangalore have already protested. “I'm looking for solutions right now!”

Swiggy will block her/his account if her/his name was discovered, according to the person who runs the twitter account. Low pay, according to the account operator, isn't the only issue the workers are dealing with. "No one wants to be a delivery executive full-time. All we want is to be treated with respect "a user stated The account's legitimacy could not be independently verified yet.
