The bharatiya janata party (BJP) and many states hope to make prime minister Narendra Modi's birthday on friday memorable by establishing a world record for the most vaccination inoculations in a single day. The total number of inoculations had already surpassed one crore by the time this report was published.

Mansukh Mandaviya, the Union health minister, asked people to offer PM Modi a unique birthday present by getting vaccinated. The minister reminded indians that the prime minister had announced that all people will receive free Covid-19 vaccinations.

The bharatiya janata party in Uttar Pradesh plans to start a twenty-day "Seva Aur Samarpan Abhiyaan" to commemorate Modi's 20 years in indian politics, from Gujarat's chief minister to prime minister of India.
In the past, india has given out more than one crore Covid-19 vaccinations in a single day. The bjp is aiming for more than 1.5 crore vaccinations to be administered on Friday. Senior party officials stated that the party would work to ensure that the day will go down in history as the day when a record number of Covid-19 vaccinations were administered.
With the globe struggling from the effects of Covid-19, india made strenuous efforts to combat the epidemic. Senior bjp officials remarked that this would also be a suitable response to those who attempted to instil vaccination reluctance in people for solely political motives, endangering people's lives.
As of now the mark of 2crores vaccinations has crossed which is the most recorded number done in a day by a country so far.
