Leading producer of telugu film industry RR venkat has passed away. R. He produced several films under the banner of R.Moviemakers. The family members said that he was treated for the kidney-related disease at the AIG Hospital in Gatchibauli and passed away this morning. His full name is JV Venkata Phanindrareddy. Most of his films have been huge successes in the industry. Staying away from publicity and living a simple lifestyle. Many directors, producers and heroes of the movie Artists 'Association, telugu Film Producers' Council, telugu Film Chamber and other families have expressed their condolences on his death.

Under his brand RR movie Makers, RR venkat has bankrolled telugu films such as Paisa, Businessman, Autonagar Surya, Mirapakay, Don Seenu,  Lovely, Damarukam, Poola Rangad,  Kick, Bahumathi, prema Kavali, Gundammagari Manavadu,  Maayajaalam, Victory, Andhrawala, and Samanyudu. He was also present in few bollywood movies as well.

He was also recognised for his charitable efforts, and in 2011, the open international university for Complementary Medicines at the university of Colombo awarded him an honorary degree for his achievements as a social worker. As a producer, RR venkat aided a number of directors in reviving their careers.
