Following the announcement that nursery schools will be opened, the tamil Nadu government has now issued a new Announcement.

The second wave of corona spread in tamil Nadu has greatly decreased. With this in mind, schools with grades 9 to 12 were reopened on september 1 last year with appropriate Corona prevention guidelines. 

The next step was to consult on opening schools up to the 8th standard. On the advice of health experts, the tamil Nadu government has announced that schools will be reopened from november 1 for students in grades one to eight.

Incorrect notification

It was also said that nursery schools would be opened. One party questioned why nursery schools should be reopened when the corona vaccine is not yet available for use in children. 

Speaking to reporters in the next few days, school education minister Anbil Mahesh Poyamozhi said the announcement about the opening of nursery schools had been made incorrectly.

Nursery schools will not be open
