Legal action to be taken against facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg

A legal case is filed against facebook CEO mark zuckerberg for his controversial post against akhilesh yadav who is the Samajwadi party Chief. It is been filed in a court at Uttar Pradesh in Kannuaj district. The case is also filed against the other 49 members. The interesting part is that mark zuckerberg has not posted any defamatory post against Yadav. But, the case tells that his platform was used by the members to post these comments against Yadav. amit Kumar from UP's Kannauj district had given an FIR case against Mark and the 49 other members. The complaint included that an attempt to defame the image of the political party named Samajwadi party chief with the title name "Bua Babua'. The political rivals BSP Chief mayawati and akhilesh yadav allied in the 2019 election. At that time 'Bua Babua' term was used.

             The investigation made Zuckerberg's name pop up, which is against the administrator of facebook said the Senior police official. At first, Kumar sent an application to the police but it didn't work for him. So, he started to take legal action and filed an FIR against facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
