In a horrifying incident in Madhya Pradesh's indore city, a lady was reportedly gang-raped and tormented by her hubby and four of his associates, police said on Sunday. According to them, all five suspects have been apprehended. The 32-year-old lady said that she was abused by her husband and others who engaged in unnatural sex and smoked cigarettes in her private areas. When she protested the sexual abuse, they threatened to murder her, according to the FIR, according to PTI.

According to the PTI report, the alleged gang rape took place between november 2019 and october 2021 at a private farmhouse in Indore's Shipra police station jurisdiction. After finding him on a marriage website, the lady from chhattisgarh married the culprit, an Indore-based guy. The man, though, was already wedded, according to the police sub-inspector.

The complainant claimed to have fled from the farmhouse and proceeded to her parents' residence in chhattisgarh, according to the police. However, one of the suspected males followed her there with the intent of harming her, according to the investigator. Five males, including the perpetrator's husband, were detained in madhya pradesh and chhattisgarh under various provisions of the indian Code (IPC), he said, adding that additional inquiry is continuing.
