R. Selvam, the Speaker of the puducherry assembly, has accused government officials of failing to properly cooperate with the puducherry administration. "The pondicherry government will take appropriate action after the court ruling in the issue pertaining to the holding of local elections in the state of pondicherry," he told reporters in Karaikal today. The Legislative assembly of puducherry will meet soon. The cabinet, led by the chief minister, will decide on the interim budget and the final budget.

The Karaikal fishermen who were detained by the Sri Lankan Navy have been rescued. Next week, the prime minister will travel to Sri Lanka. After that, a satisfactory solution will be found, and all Karaikal fisherman will be released. We have personally requested the minister of External Affairs to intervene in the fishing boat rescue as well. The Union Finance minister has being urged to make proper budgetary allocations. In the fiscal year 2021-22, the central government set aside Rs 33 crore for drinking water projects. 

The plan was merely created for Rs 7.6 crore by government personnel. As a result, the balance will be repaid. Officials work in this government in the same way they did during the previous congress administration. I accuse government officials of failing to properly cooperate with the government of Puducherry. On the Chief Minister's orders, appropriate action will be taken against individuals who are not working, those who are wasting government money, and those who are accountable for indirectly returning the given funds.
