Action to confiscate actor Vijay's father SA Chandrasekhar's house?!
The court has ordered the confiscation of the Saligramam house of director and actor Vijay's father SA Chandrasekhar.
Saravanan, the owner of the advertising company, has filed a case in the Allikulam 25th Assistant Law court, Chennai, after director and actor Vijay's father S.A.Chandrasekhar did not pay 76 thousand 122 rupees for the publicity cost of his 2011 film 'Satta Padi Kutraam'.
He has signed a deal with Saravanan's tamil Nadu Visual CCTV Advertising to promote the film titled Crime by Law. He has contracted to advertise at railway stations and bus stations.
He has given Rs.40,000 as an advance for this. But SA chandrasekhar declined the rest of the money due to the film's release and failure. Saravanan filed a case in this regard in 2014.
The Egmore Law court ordered the confiscation of the office supplies of director SA chandrasekhar during the trial. Following this, today they have gone to confiscate the items with the permission of the court. But the staff there stopped him.It is an offense and he received the notice from the court and is pending his answer.SA should answer for this in court during his hearing.
