The company has active users of over 290 million monthly and registered users of 600 million in 2018. zomato, in june this year ranked 9th globally in an all-stock deal worth which is Rs. 4,447.5 crores and was also approved the acquisition of commerce start-up Blinkit. Notably, in Blinkit, zomato is already held a 9 percent stake.Ranked 8th globally, swiggy expects healthy food searches to double in 2021. The demand for healthy and best foods has also increased in these years. The orders of customers have increased up to 200 percent since the company said that due to this. Bengaluru customers were number one which is followed by hyderabad and also mumbai tops in ordering the most food.
