Licenses for these types of vehicles will be canceled from april 1..!?

The Union Ministry of Road Transport has issued an important notification regarding the Central Motor vehicles Act. According to the announcement, it has come to light that the central government has decided to implement the scrappage policy for all government vehicles that are more than 15 years old. The transport ministry has taken this decision to reduce the pollution caused by the smoke emitted from old vehicles. With this government decision, the registration of all government vehicles older than 15 years is canceled.
This new order of the central government will come into effect from april 1 this year. All 15-year-old vehicles belonging to the Centre, State, Union Territory, Municipal Corporation, State Transport, and government Autonomous Corporations are to be canceled. But it should be noted that only 15-year-old military vehicles are not included in this list.Vehicles whose registration has been renewed will also be treated as canceled and all such old vehicles should be disposed of at a registered scrap center. It is noteworthy that in november last year, the Ministry of Road Transport issued a draft to cancel all 15-year-old vehicles of the central and state governments.
