Just two weeks into 2025, actress samantha Ruth Prabhu is already letting go of her New Year resolutions, but not in a negative sense. On january 16, the actress, who recently recovered from chikungunya, shared an inspiring reel on Instagram, where she spoke about her approach to New Year resolutions. Instead of stressing about perfection, samantha revealed that she’s trying something different this year.

The reel began with samantha cozily tucked in bed and quickly transitioned to her doing light exercises at the gym. Later, she was seen in a green athleisure outfit, using dumbbells and kettlebells for her workout. Through the reel, samantha shared her perspective on embracing the art of letting go. Along with the video, she wrote, “Two weeks into the new year and your resolutions are already slipping? Same here! It has happened so many times.”

However, she emphasized that a few bad days should not dampen her spirit. “But hey, a few bad days won’t mean we’re out. Sometimes we rest, sometimes we push—that’s just how it goes," she shared. She encouraged her fans not to stress about sticking to resolutions, saying, "If resolutions don’t stick, that’s no big deal. This year, I’m trying something different."

Samantha further revealed that over the next couple of weeks, she would share simple workout routines that have worked for her, focusing on small habits that fit easily into daily life and bring real results over time. She encouraged her followers by saying, “Let’s do this together. No pressure, no perfection. Just one small step at a time."

Her reel, set to the song "Zoo" by Eluzai, quickly gained attention, with many fans praising her for her candidness and realistic approach to goals.
