On Thursday, an indian Air Force Mirage 2000 aircraft caught fire and crashed into the field within Madhya Pradesh's Bhind area. The pilot evacuated safely and was discovered injured a few distances away from the crash location, authorities added. He was transported to the hospital. The pilot, Flight Lieutenant Abhilash, is said to be safe. On hearing about the collision, Bhind Superintendent of police Manoj Singh hurried to the scene. The plane had a mechanical problem on a training mission in the central region this morning, according to police.

According to authorities, inhabitants of Babedi hamlet witnessed an aeroplane covered in flames come down and the pilot land using a parachute.



As the plane began to drop and crashed into the farmland, local villagers took cover. A crater in the ground was created by the crash landing. During a drill sortie in the central area this morning, an IAF Mirage 2000 jet had a technical failure. "The pilot escaped safely," the IAF stated, adding that an investigation into the reason for the incident has been requested.
