5T action plan on the education system - Odisha's transition!!!

A total of Rs 45 lakh has been provided to selected schools, including a charitable fund of Rs 15 lakh as the first phase of the scheme. The first phase of the High school Transformation Program was completed on november 14. Curriculum changes will be made in the schools under this scheme for at least the next 3 years. This program ensures that good education is available to all. VK Pandian, an IAS officer who is the Private Secretary to the chief minister of Odisha, is also working as the secretary for this 5T project. Under his direct implementation, the project has been well implemented and has been well received by the people. The project has emerged as the biggest game-changer in Odisha.



With virtual classrooms and STEM-based science labs, students can focus on their studies with bigger goals. As well as the entire school's ecosystem will be Internetized through this. Thus students' performance, score, the attendance record is all digital. Everything is loaded on the Internet in one place. The first phase of the program will involve 4,198 high school teachers and 381,280 high school students. Introducing various technology and facilities to 70 - 80 percent of the students studying in these schools. The program aims to prepare them internationally and make them on par with students in other countries. Through this program, all students of 9th and 10th class will get unique teaching-learning experiences after the introduction of smart classrooms and smartboards. Through this program, schools will undergo a major transformation both academically and structurally. Grounds and testing centers will be set up to focus on sports, science, and culture.
