Air pollution in delhi has reached a critical level. The quality of the air is currently such that it is not suitable for humans to breathe.

The air quality index, known as AQI, is over 400 at various locations here. In this situation, the amount of air mass in delhi is increasing day by day.

Air pollution in delhi has further increased due to the explosion of firecrackers on the occasion of Diwali. This has severely affected delhi and its environs over the past few days. Water spraying measures have been taken to reduce air pollution.

The delhi government is also taking various measures to control air mass. Meanwhile, a report by the air Quality Management Authority said the situation in Delhi's environment would worsen this week.

The delhi government imposed a full curfew in delhi following a supreme court order pointing this out. The government has asked private companies to follow suit.

Similarly, the construction industry was shut down. Similarly, only essential vehicles are allowed. Other vehicles are barred from entering Delhi. Not only this but all the educational institutions are closed indefinitely.

It was also announced that classes will be held online. A few days ago, the government had also ordered that live classes be cancelled until further notice.

The delhi government has also given permission for students to attend live classes. It is also advised to increase the use of public transport by the people.

Delhi Environment minister Gopal Roy said air quality in delhi has been improving for the past few days and due to this, schools and colleges have been ordered to reopen from the 29th.

He further said that students can attend live class without fear, adding that the people of delhi have been advised to use public transport instead of using their own vehicles and special buses are being operated in areas where delhi government employees live.

In delhi, schools and colleges have been closed for the past 10 days due to air pollution.
