Radhakrishnan has advised all district collectors in tamil Nadu to be vigilant as a new type of coronavirus called Omicron is spreading abroad. He said that there was no Omicron coronavirus in tamil Nadu as of now but the public should not be careless and the corona vaccination should be increased in all districts. He advised all district collectors to intensify precautionary measures and increase the flow of first and second-dose vaccination for those who are eligible.
