Mint drink.

Mint is perhaps best known for its association with fresh breath due to the cool sensation it creates in the mouth. Breath mints and chewing gum are all commonly flavored with mint.  A clinical study in people with indigestion showed that a combination of peppermint oil and caraway oil taken in capsules had effects similar to medications used to treat indigestion. This helped improve stomach pain and other digestive symptoms

In addition to freshening breath, mint is also used to add flavor to foods and drinks. Mint is known for adding a fresh flavor to mint chocolate chip ice cream, mojito cocktails, and lamb dishes. Mint drink is one of the best drinks during this hot summer. Let's learn how is it prepared.

Ingredients.
Mint -one bunch
Coriander-1 small bunch
Ginger-3|4inch
Ela chi
Jaggery 50-60g.
Lemon- 1tbsp
Water -750 ml

Preparing method

Take a bowl with water add jaggery to it and allow it to dissolve in it. Meanwhile, add the rest of the ingredients to a mixer and grind it into a paste. Add little water to this paste and filter the juice. Now, add jaggery (dissolved in water) to this juice and mix well. Add a few ice cubes or cold water and serve it.
