Vegan Diet and its healthy outcome

Vegan diets are more popular in youth and many teenagers especially females. It is nothing but avoiding any animal products like meats, eggs, and dairy in our diet. It is centered to take care of the environment and earth resources, animal care, and the antibiotics used for the production of many animals. The allergies from dairy products had made to move in for a vegan diet substituting by Soy products. Vegan diets are usually high in fibers, vitamin C, Folic acid, and iron. It reduces the cholesterol in our body and also reduces our intake of calories. A person following a vegan diet has a lower risk of Cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and some types of cancer also. Vegans compared to a person eating meats and eggs, eats more fruits and vegetables which are rich in folic acid, vitamins, and minerals lowering cholesterol levels and thus reducing the risk of heart diseases.

                               Obesity is the key factor for many types of cancer and a vegan diet reduces obesity by lowering the calorie intake and reducing BMI. It is a protective factor for stomach and prostate cancer. But a person following a vegan diet must be careful in selecting their foods so that they get all the nutrients. A vegan diet is always considered the top and superior diet since plants contain all rich nutrients but it should be chosen wisely.
