Metabolic Disorder and its risk factors

Metabolic Disorder is nothing but the abnormalities associated with type 2 diabetes and heart disease. It is similar and widely spread as the common cold. According to the reports, around 47 million people in America have it. This syndrome is in many families of Native American, Asian and African people. The risk of this syndrome increases as we age. It is not a disease but a condition that affects our blood sugar levels, cholesterols, blood pressure, and fat present in our body. This metabolic syndrome makes the fats stick to the arteries and make them clogged causing a heart attack or stroke.

This also increases your diabetes level five times higher.  The good news about this condition is that it can be reduced by changing the lifestyle largely. The factors that cause Metabolic syndrome are larger waist due to obesity, unhealthy lifestyle, insulin resistance, hormonal imbalance, and smoking. Obesity has been rising in today's world, mainly around the abdomen which is of higher risk. Making a simple lifestyle change in our everyday life, makes us lead a healthy life with a lesser risk of serious illness.
