Eating Disorders and their risk in everyday life

Eating disorders are very serious and are also related to mental health. They depend on your thoughts about eating behaviors and food. You always start to eat more or eat less than you needed. This is not a lifestyle change or choice you make, this is a medical condition. An eating disorder can lead to heart and Kidney problems even to death. There are many types of disorders. It can be Binge eating, Bulimia nervosa and Anorexia nervosa. Binge eating is eating too much out of your control. people eat continuously even though they are full. They usually stop only when feeling uncomfortable or very highly full. Overeating is caused by complex interactions.

                                   This condition can happen in all people especially women in their childhood or teens which may develop further in life. The symptoms may be eating full for a long period for more than 2 hours and eating even when you are full or not hungry. Some may eat alone also to avoid being ashamed. Even when you are on a strict diet, you tend to eat more food without a limit. This can lead to mild anemia, severe constipation, feeling dizzy, brain damage, etc. The treatment for it depends on each individual which may also include doctors or nutritionists.
