For example, suppose you want to take a lunch break at one o'clock in the afternoon. While in the office everyone takes a lunch break at the same time. But there is no such exact method when at home so lunch‌ can be done earlier. Or can be done late. As a result, there is no difference between office working hours and working hours at home. So when to have lunch should be decided in advance how many hours office work should be done. Set up a workplace:Most people do not sit and work in a precise place while working from home. Sometimes in the living room and sometimes in the bedroom. This makes the house feel like an office too. Go out:
Most people have no work outside unless they go to the office. Commodities and vegetables are also coming home through the app so there is no work moving out. However, staying at home for a long time can lead to various psychological problems. So go out at least once a day. If there is no work outside, go to the Morning Walk or evening Walk. This makes the mind lighter. Get relief from office work.
Take breaks:Most people work without any breaks. This makes you physically and mentally tired. The quality of the work done also decreases. Therefore it is advisable to take a break at least four times during the eight hours of work.

Talk to colleagues:
While working in the office there are greetings that colleagues await every day. When we work from home we talk to whomever we need. Greet the rest. Because of this, we do not know any additional information about the office. So it is good to talk on the phone with colleagues who work in the office with us.
