Biopics is the Present Trend Setter seen educating and inspiring citizens who are ignorant or not awareTollywood at present lost in a Commercial Jungle with only hero on hunt, fighting cannibals with Violentic blood gore , few songs and dances here and there and finally a happy ending, all these stereo type films deceiving audience of their time and money.
We have seen Bollywood come up with successful Biopics in Milkha Singh, MaryKom, Sarabjit Singh, Dangal , Raazi, and now Parmanu a film on Pokhran Nuclear experiment, which not only did good business, but even educated and inspired citizens.
Telugu Industry is the first to introduce Biopic in 1974 under Padmalaya Studios Banner #AlluriSitaramaraju a story on a Tribal revolutionary Leader who fought against British Atrocities which won acclaims globally, then in 1984 came up with #Mayuri a story of a Renowned Classical dancer #Sudhachandran under Ramoji Rao banner and thereafter diverted to mainstream Cinema, and after a gap of 33 Years director Krish comes up with Story of a great King #GautamiputraSathakarni of AP Soil who was first to induce fear on foreigners invading India.
In 2018 Vyjayanthi Movies comes up with a Biopic on Mahanati Savitrigaru #Mahanati directed by Nag Aswin which is talk of the town at Present receiving huge acclaims globally.
We hope our Telugu Industry follows Biopics format as they have churned earlier, there are many legendary personalities who bought laurels , Name and fame and Elevated the status of 2 states Telangana and AP like NTR , YSR and Saina Nehwal the biopics on them which are already on floors, Karnam Malleswari, PV Sindhu, Pullela Gopichand, Sania Mirza in waiting.
