Pokiri and Businessman are two very special films in Mahesh Babu's career. Both the films beside their commercial success, brought a different image to the actor adding a new fan base to him. Both the films were directed by Puri Jagannadh and so Mahesh Babu has a special respect for Puri always.
After the success of both these films, the duo is teaming up once again for a third combination film. Vakkantham Vamsi who recently gave a script to Puri Jagannadh's Super Success, Temper will also work for this film. We are said that the makers are considering 'Dhamki' as the title of the movie.
Puri Jagannadh is jubilant with the success of his recent release Temper. He will begin the shooting of Jyothi Lakshmi very soon and will work on Dhamki after completing it. Mahesh Babu is currently busy with the shooting of his next Srimanthudu (Working Title) in the direction of Koratala Siva.
However Mahesh Babu fans are still worried about this project. Vakkantham Vamsi earlier penned the script of Mahesh Babu's Athidhi which was an utter flop. So they are worried how Vamsi does with this project. However Vamsi's track record after Athidhi is extremely good with Kick, Yevadu, Race Gurram and others. Dhamki will be produced by Aswini Dutt on his Vyjayanthi movies banner.
