Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming most awaited and much hyped film “Lion” is getting ready for grand release on May 8th. Sizzling beauty Trisha is first time romancing with Balayya on screen and lucky lady Radhika Apte is also cast in another female lead. This film is directed by debutante Satyadeva and expectations on film success are very high in fans.
Lion passed it with “U/A” certificate
Latest news is that the first copy of “Lion” was submitted for censor screening on today morning and Censor board members has watched the film on today afternoon. Few minutes back the censor board members who watched the film has passed it with “U/A” certificate with some minor cuts. Sources say that Censor members asked to mute some offensive dialogues and remove some scenes which may create disturbances.
Balakrishna is playing the powerful Police officer
Balakrishna is playing the power Police officer role in this film, Jayasudha and Chandra Mohan will be seen in roles of Balakrishna’s parents. The film is made with whopping budget of Rs 35 Crores. Rudrapati Ramana Rao is producing the film on Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinema banner. Debutant Satyadev directed it and Manisharma composed the music. Film stars Prakash Raj,Chandra Mohan, Pradeep Rawat, Aditya Menon, Sravan, Ravi Prakash, MS.Narayana, Ali, Posani Krishna Murali, Chalappathi Rao, Jayasudha, Geeta, Archana and others in prominent roles. Venkata Prasad is handling cinematography and Gautam Raju editing departments.
