Bollywood Diva deepika padukone is the female lead in Young rebel star Prabhas's next with Nag Ashwin. The actress will complete shooting for Pathan by end of June. deepika is reading multiple scripts, there is nothing locked and signed at the moment to take off from July.

The actress also informed the team of Prabhas's film that she is ready to join the shoot from October. But then, it is doubted if prabhas will be ready by then. The actor has Radhe shyam ready for release. He already started the shooting of two other films - Salaar and Adipurush. Both the films have come to a halt due to the COVID Second Wave. With no clarity about those two films, we never know when Nag Ashwin's film will begin.

Earlier in an interview, nag ashwin hinted about the scale of the film.  "It is a different project for sure. To keep it straight,  a different world altogether. For mahanati, I could rent the cars and use them. For this film, nothing is available. We have to design the cars, costumes, etc right from the scratch. So, it is taking the time. We will go on floors in July and the shoot will happen according to Prabhas's dates," the director revealed.
