Aha Video, the Regional telugu Exclusive OTT Platform in which allu aravind has a major stake is making big strides in the OTT space in the last one year or so. It has recently bagged the telugu rights of Karthi's Sulthan which was premiered last night. The tamil rights were bagged by Disney + Hotstar. The OTT Platform will be premiering the tamil version from May 2nd.

Allu aravind paid a premium to stream the film in advance in Telugu. But then, amazon Prime Video also released pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab on the same day. As a result, Sulthan did not get the advantage it should with the early OTT release. people were after Vakeel Saab given the star power of pawan Kalyan.

Aha Video will be hoping that things would be a lot better at least over the weekend. On the other side, Aha Video is gearing up for the release of Thank You Brother starring anasuya on May 7th. It is the first direct online in telugu in the COVID Second Wave. Starring Ashwin Viraj and anasuya Bhardwaj, Thank you Brother is set during the pandemic where the tv anchor plays a pregnant lady. A newcomer Ramesh Raparthi has directed the movie. anasuya has been receiving so many accolades for such a role without any inhibitions.
