Allu Arjun's blockbuster 'Ala Vaikunta Puramloo' is to be remade in hindi as Shehzada.
Allu Arjun's blockbuster movie 'Ala Vaikunta Puramloo' is probably the last blockbuster in telugu cinema. The movie that released for 2020 Sankranti went on to become one of the greatest hits in Allu Arjun's filmography. Allu's effortless acting, pooja Hegde's charm, Thaman's chartbuster songs, ensemble cast and trivikram Srinivas' engaging screenplay are some of the many things that felt right on place for the movie.
The latest update about the movie is that the movie is being remade in hindi with the title 'Shehzada'. Kartik aryan is set to play the role of allu arjun while kriti sanon will be playing the role of pooja Hegde. Manisha Koirala and ronit roy Bose will be reprising the role of tabu and Jayram in the remake. Allu Arvind and naga Vamsi will be helming the remake. The release date has been slated for november 4th, 2022.
This is not the first telugu movie to be remade in Bollywood. There have been several movies in the past. Recently, VJD's arjun reddy was remade as kabir singh with shahid kapoor who as well is remaking Nani's national award winning movie 'Jersey' in Hindi.
