Atrangi Re movie director receives objection for his cast selection

On Wednesday, director Aanand L. Rai's Atrangi Re trailer was released. After the release of the trailer, the director received more criticism from many fans for his cast selection. Atrangi Re is a romantic movie with akshay kumar, dhanush, and sara ali khan in the lead roles.
The director received more objections on his cast choices because of the age differences between sara ali khan with her love interests in the movie akshay kumar and Dhanush. sara ali khan is 26 years old who made her debut in bollywood in 2018 and dhanush who made his debut in tamil is 38 years old and akshay kumar has a long-acting career aged 54 years old.
 
            The director has asked everyone to watch the film after its release before judging it. He also explains in an interview earlier that the film is weird and funny. The director will have patience in making a film and he also expects the people to wait and watch the film to understand the cast. He asked the people to watch the two hours movie and then start judging it.
 Atrangi Re will be released in Disney+ Hotstar on december 24th, 2021.
