The 3000 square yards of land on Film Nagar's main road is a part of such a property. According to sources, he purchased this in the early 1990s for Rs 30 lakh. Now, insiders claim that he sold this valuable land. In actuality, given the type of situation he is in, he has no incentive to sell this property.

According to the sources, the owner of a news daily (who is renowned for earning money through blackmail) has been exhibiting interest in this land for a considerable amount of time and now actually owns it.
