In this regard, a report has been published by the health department, and it has been revealed that the child was conceived through artificial insemination technology and surrogacy in a private hospital in Chennai. They are carried out in accordance with the indian Institute of Medical Research Guidelines for Insemination and Surrogacy. Also, the registered marriage of Nayanthara – vignesh shivan took place in 2016. And the authenticity of these certificates has been confirmed by the Registry Department. Accordingly, in august 2020, the eggs and sperm were obtained and the ova were created and stored in the hospital in a frozen state. After the embryos were developed, twins were obtained by surgery. And on october 9, they handed over the children to Vicky and Nayanthara.Meanwhile, the notice issued by the government asking them to close the hospital where they were treated because the documents are not correct is currently causing a stir. As per ICMR guidelines, details of treatment given to the couple and medical records of the surrogate mother should be properly maintained at the hospital. However, in the hospital, the documents regarding this are not properly maintained. So now a notice has been sent as to why the private hospital should not be closed temporarily.
