Veteran actor vikram Gokhale is in a coma, his wife said – many organs are not working, condition critical
The condition of veteran actor vikram Gokhale is not improving. The actor is currently placed on ventilator support. Informing the media house about the actor's health, his wife Vrushali Gokhale said that his health deteriorated on wednesday and he slipped into a coma. Vrushali also informed that various organs of the actor have stopped working. Please tell that vikram Gokhale is admitted to Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital in pune since november 5.
Vrushali told that "He is not responding. Even when we are touching him, his body is not responding. Now the doctors will decide on thursday morning what to do next. When he is admitted to the hospital There was a slight improvement in his health when he went there, but his health started deteriorating again. He has many problems like heart and kidney. At the moment, many of his organs have stopped working."
Vikram was last seen in the film 'Nikamma' alongside shilpa shetty and abhimanyu Dassani. The film hit the theaters in june this year. He made his film debut at the age of 26 with the film 'Parwana' starring amitabh Bachchan. In a career spanning over 40 years, vikram Gokhale starred in various Marathi and bollywood films, including Agneepath starring amitabh bachchan in 1990, and Hum dil De Chuke Sanam in 1999 starring salman khan and aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
In 2010, he received the National Award for Best Actor for his work in the Marathi film Ishti. He also made his directorial debut with the Marathi film 'Aghat'.
