All eyes are now on filmmaker Vignesh Shivan's film starring the valimai star as Ajith's Thunivu prepares for a major release during pongal 2023. The most recent update is that trisha, who is enjoying Ponniyin Selvan's success, has been cast in the role of the female lead. That's not the case, though. The movie, tentatively titled AK 62, made its debut in May of this year. However, the shooting won't begin until 2023.


Vignesh Shivan is currently taking a break after having twin boys through surrogacy with Nayanthara. In the upcoming days, he will start working again on AK 62. There are already rumours circulating that trisha krishnan, who has enjoyed a terrific year with Ponniyin Selvan, has been cast in this movie opposite Ajith. An insider in the squad, however, told IndiaToday.in that the "story is bogus." The four movies in which trisha and ajith have collaborated so far are Ji (2005), Kireedam (2007), Mankatha (2011), and Yennai Arindhal (2015).

The shooting of the vignesh shivan and ajith kumar movie would start in 2023. There were rumours going around that ajith would portray an organic farmer who wants to provide the public with healthy food and who will be fighting corporate influences in the process. lyca productions will produce AK 62, and Vignesh Shivan's close friend Anirudh will write the music. A cast and crew announcement will be released soon.
