Films like Mastram are still neglected in society
Mastram movie which is also called as porn film of Bollywood is all set for release and movie is highly quoted with sex and lust scenes. Movies like this are not encouraged in any industry and even books like Mastram are not encouraged but sold out well.
Speaking about this director Akhilesh Jaiswal said "Mastram books are published even today and have a large readership in the North. I have read his books as a student. It's his writing that inspired me to make this fictional biography."
"A porn writer is not a bad person. Also, the fact is that these books do sell. This movie also exposes our society's double standards, I read Mastram even today. There are no images, but the books still succeed in creating a fantasy because of their impressive use of Hindi."
