However, the shoot of the film got delayed as the former got busy with other commitments. Earlier on march 9, the makers have released the teaser of the film and it's getting thumbs up from the audience. Bhoomi is an intense patriotic film that talks about the plight of farmers. Though many tamil films had touched upon this issue, the teaser looks fresh and promises to offer us something new.
The film's release date was also announced in the teaser video. He will be seen playing the role of Arul Mozhi Varman in the epic historical drama. The actor also has a sequel to his hit cop film Thani Oruvan in the pipeline. His brother and filmmaker Mohan raja is in the process of drafting the script for the sequel.
