Malayali hit film Ayyappanum Koshiyum starring prithviraj Sukumaran and biju menon in lead roles in now getting remade in Telugu. sithara Entertainment, who grabbed the rights, is planning to remake in telugu and Tamil. As per the latest update, makers are planning to make a drastic change in the screenplay of the film. Makers are in plans to remake it on a very crisp note, and buzz is that the runtime will be decreased by half an hour.
Ayyappanum Koshiyum is about the two heroes in loggerheads over several issues that began with one person's arrest by the other. biju menon plays the role of a police Officer while prithviraj will be seen as a retired Military Officer who is the only son of a politician with powerful connections.
There was news that nandamuri balakrishna is considered for one of the hero roles in the film. Names like Manchu Vishnu, Manchu Manoj, and rana daggubati are being heard for the role of Prithviraj. The official announcement of the project will emerge after the Lockdown is completed. The director of the remake is yet to be confirmed. The movie will also be remade in Tamil.
