Rana Daggubati rose to fame as a PAN-India star after his stint as an antagonist in Baahubali series. The movie introduced him to the world of cinema and ever since he has been doing back to back projects in tollywood as well as Bollywood. The ‘Leader’ actor though delivered multiple movies after Baahubali, hasn’t received proper success.
 
Due to the PAN-India image he secured, either his movies or his market suffered anything bad up until now. However, his recent release ‘Aranya’ failed utterly at the box office and its failure now has a great impact on ‘Virataparvam’. As the ‘Aranya’ movie didn’t even make minimum opening collections at the box office, it is raising eyebrows of many and people are saying that even his hero image didn’t help the movie make decent numbers at the box office.

Now coming to the ‘Virataparvam’, it is a naxal backdrop film and most of the audience these days are not into watching such stuff. These kinds of stories may not interest many. There are many doubts in the makers if the movie will be received well by the audience or not.
Along with that two other youthful movies ‘Love Story’ and ‘Tuck Jagadish’ were in line for release even before ‘Virataparvam’, which may affect the movie’s business very much. Also, the buyers are not showing interest to buy the movie citing the upsurge in corona cases.
