Actress Dia Mirza’s home in mumbai reflects her environmentalist thoughts in every nook and corner. She says that she has not used plastic anywhere in her house. With beautiful decor and soothing vibes, the house looks like a paradise.

She said that she has been living in the same house since she was 19 years and spent nearly two decades there. She said that she and her father were mesmerized when they walked into the house for the first time.

The house is colorful and bright with classy decorations all over. She got the metal grates removed from the west-facing window and replaced them with aluminium strips. The windows are almost all over the place passing through the living area, the reading area, the dining space, the library, and even the kitchen.

In the entrance, one can see a reception area, decorated with a large painting and a storage bench. Directly in front is the living space with a large, rectangular couch with a low centre table. The reading area is where Dia sits in the morning enjoying the pleasant view of birds.

The dining area is small with a couple of chairs and an L-shape bench. The kitchen tiles give that Portuguese influence. To put it simple, it is no less than a paradise.
