Vidyasagar Muthukumar has crafted the Web Series 'In the Name of God' and it is streaming right now on Aha OTT wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital streaming platform. As the name suggests, this series is also about dragging the divine almighty and their Ugly Children who do all cheap and crap things in the name of God! aadhi runs a cab and he has a relation with meena who is the young wife of Ayyapa. 


Meena already has an extra-marital affair with Thomas and that ended in problems and trouble as she murdered her husband and meena decides to use aadhi as her scapegoat. Even Thomas accepts her idea. But aadhi is unpredictable and what happens finally is the Seven episode old series. The one-liner looks really good on the paper, but when it comes to execution, everything gets faltered. 


Three lives are intertwined in this story and everyone faces their own troubles. But as the episodes progress, we feel all of them are completely farcical and even forced at times. Posani thinks he is doing comedy when he just makes comments on a Woman's body and it is so cheap and third-grade level. One of the crass comedies in the series is he has a tower, but the tower never gets any signal. 


There is no proper flow when the scene shifts from one to another. There are few emotional moments but definitely not hard-hitting either. Even the background is just noise. Definitely, In the Name of god, you can skip this series!
