When most of the heroines just prefer common cardio exercises and weight lifting exercises, pooja hegde is trying something new and unique with her muscle training session and she also does yoga and Kick-Boxing. She gets trained under the famous celebrity trainer namrata Purohit and she always refrains from the routine treadmill workout also and during the workout session she was wearing a CrossFit from Harrison james and was absolutely sexy.
