The wait for the results of the movie Artists Association (MAA) polls might be over soon. According to the existing state of affairs in the association, elections will be placed in september of this year. This week, the Executive Committee will meet to discuss the matter. The ec is expected to convene on wednesday or Thursday, per the reports. The session will be held virtually for the first time. During this conference, the ec will address election schedules, the dates of the Annual General Body Meeting (AGM), the premium that must be paid for members' lifelong insurance, and other topics.

Along with the members of the ec, the chairman of the Disciplinary Committee, Krishnam Raju, as well as the Legal Advisor and Audit, will attend this meeting. According to MAA regulations, there should be a 21-day interval between ec and AGM meetings. As a result, the AGM might take place in the third week of August. According to reports, the ec ruled that MAA elections could not take place due to COVID limitations. If there is no third wave, there is a good probability that the election will be held in September.

The ec will have no role in the procedures once the president publishes the election dates. The MAA procedures will be controlled by the election Officer till the polls are held. The President of MAA will designate the election Officer as well.
