Tamannah proclaims that Southern cinema has helped her grow and is the reason for her success. 


Tamannah is one of the big heroines in South India. She has been one of the few long standing heroines in South indian cinema, whose career gets often cut short due to various reasons. However, Tamannah stands apart in maintaining her career. Hailing from Bombay, She has acted over 50 movies across languages in a career that spans over 16 years. Although being a native from Bombay, Tamannah’s forte is tamil telugu where she has seen numerous success. 

Speaking about the same in an interview, Tamannah credited South and telugu cinema for her success. She said “I got love and care from South india that aspired me to work more and better. I hope to continue the same and reach out more in Pan-indian projects and possibly global audience”. 

The white charming actress just completed her shoot for Maestro and is currently working in as a host for master Chef Telugu. She will be next seen with Gopichand in Seetimaar, a sports drama. Other than that, She also has Guruthunda Seethakalam in her lineup and has accepted for a cameo with varun Tej’s next for a song. She is also in the talks for a few more films.
