Scarlett Johansson is totally unhappy with the way Disney has released 'Black Widow' simultaneously on Disney plus Hotstar OTT medium along with theatrical release as she has faced a huge loss of Rs.371 Crores. Even though the movie gets rave reviews, scarlett johansson was not happy and satisfied with the way Disney has made a parallel release on its OTT medium platform and she has now filed a lawsuit against Disney for alleging a contract breach. 


But, Disney has responded and said they have clearly paid her all the amount as mentioned on the contract papers, and Scarlett was also promised a theatrical release and as per promise, the movie also had a theatrical release. But Johansson got upset as the majority of her salary was related to the Box-Office success of the movie only. 


According to Variety Magazine, Scarlett has faced a loss of $50 Million which comes to Rs.370+ Crores and that is why she has taken the drastic step of filing a lawsuit against the leading production house. But, Disney is not ready to pay any more amount to scarlett johansson and they have made it clear there is absolutely no breach of the agreement.
