'83 trailer: ranveer singh as the real 'Haryana Hurricane'!!!

The indian cricket team on june 25th, 1983, had made india proud by winning the most prestigious world cup under the captaincy of Kapil Dev. ranveer singh with his team had recalled the same surreal feeling with the victory of india in the movie '83. The trailer of the movie '83 has released on november 30th, tuesday morning, and made the internet by storm. This was the most expected trailer for this year and made the fans gush over it after its release.
The story is based on India's world cup victory in 1983 starred by ranveer singh as Kapil Dev. kapil dev was hailed as the 'Haryana Hurricane' for his brilliant game techniques.
               The trailer starts with a match against zimbabwe on june 18th, 1983 in England. Team india was struggling to score runs until kapil dev entered and changed the game upside down. india won the match and also won the next match against australia leading to the final match against west indies on june 25th, 1983. The next shot of the trailer shows west indies treating indian players badly in England. The indian Players work hard and also have some fun moments which was captured during the tournament.
 Deepika Padukone as Romi Bhatia who is the wife of kapil dev steals the show.
The end part of the trailer shows the final shot where india fails to play well in the first half but as Kapil said that they are here to win, he made the team bounce back and came home with the winning trophy. ranveer singh aced the role of kapil dev with utmost dedication and got goosebumps for his monologue. The film is planned to be released on december 24th, 2021 in theatres in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and kannada languages simultaneously.
